OHIO RIVER TRAIL COUNCIL
In order to participate in the Ohio River Trail Council (ORTC) Gear & Cheer Music Festival the Vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Ohio River Trail Council as additional insured for the Festival activity that the vendor is providing. A policy endorsement is required to effect the Ohio River Trail Council additional insured status.

Location: Bradys Run Park, Beaver County Pa.
Minimum Liability Insurance Requirements: 1 million per occurrence; 2-3 million annual aggregate limit.

About the ORTC: The ORTC is a Pennsylvania based non-profit, volunteer-led corporation whose mission is to establish, promote, protect and preserve a multi-use trail, the Ohio River Trail (ORT), along the Ohio River and its tributaries.
Interest of the ORTC as additional insured: Managing Agent of the Festival.
Description of the Festival: The Festival is comprised of vendors including non-profit, government, heritage, environmental, educational, and trail organizations. Festival activities for the public include a 5K run/walk, mountain biking, road cycling, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, auctions, raffles, rock climbing wall, live music, arts & crafts, food, drink and wine & craft beer tasting.
